select 'Edit - Preferences...'. |

| 2. In the Preferences window, click the triangle
to expand the Privacy & Security menu and select the 'Certificates...'
menu item. |

| 3. Click the 'Manage Certificates…' button. |
| 4. In the Certificate Manager window, click the 'Authorities'
tab. |
| 5. In the Certificate Manager - Authorities window,
click the triangle to expand the 'U.S. Government' menu item. |
| 6. Under the U.S. Government item, hold down the 'Control
(Ctrl)' on the keyboard to select both the 'ECA Root CA and the ORC
ECA', then click the 'Delete' button. |

7. In the Delete CA Certificates window, click the
'OK' button.

| 8. In the Certificate Manager window, click the
'OK' button to close the window. |
| 9. In the Preferences window, click the 'OK' button
to close the window. |
| 10. In the Netscape address box, enter
'http://eca.orc.com/trust_navigator.html'. |

| 11. Click the 'Step1.' green 'Click Here'
button. |
| 12. At the Downloading Certificate window,
check all three boxes and click the 'OK' button. |

| 13. At the Welcome to the Certificate
Import Wizard window click the 'Next' button. |
| 14. At the Certificate Store window leave the setting
at Automatically select the Certificate Store option
and click the 'Next' button. |
| 15. At the 'Completing the Certificate
Import Wizard' window click the 'Finish' button. |
| 16. At the Import was Successful window click the 'OK'
button. |
| 17. In the Certificate window click the 'OK' button. |
| 18.On the ORC ECA home
page, use the left hand menu to select 'Certificate Tools
--> Certificate Test'. |
| 19. Authenticate to the Test page. If you receive "You
possess a valid Certificate." Then everything is installed correctly
in Netscape. |
