Identity and Encryption Certificates:

1. Browse to your Netscape Username Directory: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\<profilename>\*. Where <username> is your logon for that computer; Where <profilename> is the name of your profile; Where * is whatever file name exists under your <profilename> folder (it is a randomly generated name).

2. Select and Hold down the "Ctrl" key while selecting the following three files: cert8.db, Key3.db and secmod.db. 3. Continue Holding the "Ctrl" key while you Right Click and Copy the cert8.db, Key3.db and secmod.db files.

4. Paste to save the files (cert8.db, Key3.db and secmod.db) to an appropriate storage area or device (Network, floppy, CD, Thumb drive). Ensure that your storage area or device is secure and that no one else has access to the operational copy of your private key(s).
